Free standard shipping is available on eligible electric bikes and electric karts within the contiguous United States, excluding remote or carrier restricted areas. In stock orders are generally processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days, and delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days after shipment depending on the destination and carrier conditions. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Pre-order items will ship when the new batch arrives at our warehouse. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Eligible new and unused items may be returned subject to applicable restocking fees and return shipping charges. Returns requested after the 30-day window will not be accepted. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
Amp Spirit electric bikes purchased from the official website are covered by a Limited Warranty for the original retail purchaser. The bike frame is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for up to 10,000 kilometers of riding distance from the delivery date. Mechanical and electrical components are covered for one (1) year from the delivery date under normal use. The battery is covered for one (1) year from the delivery date or 300 charge cycles, whichever comes first, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. Proof of product registration and the original purchase receipt are required for valid warranty coverage. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for full details.
