Shipping Policy

Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

Delivery time

When you place an order with Amp Spirit, estimated processing and delivery timeframes will depend on product availability, your shipping address, and carrier conditions. All delivery dates are estimates only and may change due to circumstances beyond our control.

In stock electric bikes and electric karts are generally processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days from our warehouse in California. After shipment, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on the destination.

Warehouse and order processing operations are conducted Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Address accuracy

Please double check your shipping address carefully when placing an order with Amp Spirit. Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address information may delay shipment, prevent delivery, or result in additional shipping charges.

Shipping costs

Amp Spirit offers free standard shipping on electric bikes and electric karts within eligible delivery areas in the contiguous United States, excluding remote or carrier restricted areas.

Shipping charges for accessories, parts, remote area deliveries, and certain special items may vary based on the product, destination, package size, and carrier requirements. Any applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout or confirmed before shipment.

Please note that all of our products are tax-exclusive, and additional taxes will be charged during the payment process when purchasing from our online store in the United States/Canada.

Tracking your package

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking information. You may use the tracking number provided to check the delivery status directly with the carrier.

If you do not receive tracking information within the stated processing timeframe, please contact Amp Spirit customer service for assistance.


Items Damaged During Transit

While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are securely packaged, damage may still occur during transit from our warehouse to your delivery address.

If your product arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery whenever possible and ask the driver to note the reason for refusal as “damaged.” If you are unable to refuse the shipment, or if the damage is concealed and only discovered after delivery, please notify both Amp Spirit and the courier immediately.

All shipping-related damage must be reported to both the courier and Amp Spirit within 7 days of delivery.

Please do the following:

  • Take clear photos of the damage

  • Request a confirmation or claim number from the courier

  • Open a support ticket with Amp Spirit describing the damage

  • Include the photos and the courier’s confirmation or claim number

Please do not discard the original packaging, as it may be required for the claim process.


Delivery Terms

All orders over $200, as well as warranty replacement shipments, will require a signature upon delivery, unless otherwise requested by the customer or affected by special circumstances.

Most deliveries take place between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM and must be signed for upon arrival.

Packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts may be subject to a $35 reshipping fee.

Packages refused by the customer, except in cases of transit damage, may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.


Shipping restrictions

Due to certain shipping restrictions and carrier requirements, remote areas include but are not limited to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other locations identified by our carrier as extended or remote delivery zones. Free shipping on electric bikes and electric karts does not apply to these areas. If you are unsure whether your address is serviceable, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.


P.O. Boxes

Amp Spirit cannot ship electric bikes, electric karts, accessories, or parts to a U.S. Postal Service post office box. Please provide a valid physical street address when placing your order.


APO/FPO addresses

Amp Spirit cannot ship electric bikes, electric karts, accessories, or parts to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses. Please provide a valid physical street address when placing your order.


Commercial mail boxes

Amp Spirit cannot ship electric bikes, electric karts, accessories, or parts to a commercial mail box address, including mailbox rental locations similar to The UPS Store or Mail Boxes Etc. Please provide a valid physical street address when placing your order.


Wrong or Incomplete Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs required to resend the order to the corrected address.

Amp Spirit is not responsible for lost shipments if the address entered at checkout is incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect.


Taxes and Duties

Product prices shown on the Amp Spirit website do not include applicable sales tax unless otherwise stated. Sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping address and applicable state and local tax requirements. No import duties or customs fees apply to domestic U.S. orders shipped from our U.S. warehouse.
