Each new electric bike or electric kart sold by Amp Spirit (hereinafter referred to as “Amp Spirit”) comes with a Limited Warranty for the original retail purchaser.
PROOF OF PRODUCT REGISTRATION AND THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE RECEIPT ARE REQUIRED FOR VALID WARRANTY COVERAGE.
Warranty Coverage
This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal use conditions. It is intended to protect against issues resulting from manufacturing or design defects. Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use is not covered under this warranty.
Amp Spirit provides this warranty to the original retail purchaser of the product, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations set forth in this document.
Under normal use and proper maintenance, and in accordance with Amp Spirit’s warranty policy:
- For electric bikes, the bike frame will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for up to 10,000 kilometers of riding distance from the delivery date.
- For electric karts, the structural frame is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the delivery date under normal use.
- The mechanical and electrical components are covered for one (1) year from the delivery date.
Mechanical Components Include
Handlebar, rim, wheelset, stem, bolts and nuts, brake lever, fender, front suspension, crankset, pedals, cassette, rear derailleur, front reflector, rear reflector, brake rotor, brake pads, and brakes.
Electrical Components Include
Throttle, headlight, display, motor, controller, and speed sensor.
Battery Coverage
The battery is covered by a Limited Warranty for one (1) year from the delivery date or 300 charge cycles, whichever comes first, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
This battery coverage applies to defects in materials or workmanship that arise under normal use during the applicable warranty period.
Like all rechargeable batteries, battery capacity will gradually decrease over time with normal use, charging, and discharging. Normal battery degradation and reduced capacity over time are not considered defects in materials or workmanship and are not covered under this Limited Warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

power surges
-
use of an incompatible charger

water damage
-
improper maintenance
-
abuse
-
normal wear and tear
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. It does not include any additional remedies, such as compensation for damages, inconvenience, or loss of use. No additional warranty coverage extends the original warranty period.
Limited Warranty Qualification
The original purchaser must provide proof that the product was purchased from Amp Spirit or one of its authorized dealers or distributors.
The person seeking warranty coverage must be the original and first owner of the product. This warranty is not transferable in the event of resale.
The product must have been used only for its intended purpose.
The electrical system, including connectors and cables, must not have been repaired, altered, or modified by an unauthorized person.
Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage or failure caused by abuse, neglect, misuse, or accidents

Damage caused by off-road riding, stunt riding, ramp jumping, acrobatics, or any use inconsistent with the intended purpose of the product

Damage caused by improper charging of the battery pack or the use of any charger not supplied or approved by Amp Spirit or its dealers

Paint damage or rust
-
Installation of third-party parts, accessories, or electrical/mechanical components
-
Any component that has been altered or tampered with, including but not limited to tires, brake pads, chains, lights, motors, battery packs, displays, or controllers

Damage related to commercial use or rental operations

Lost or damaged keys
-
Damage caused by racing or any other abusive treatment

Products with serial numbers or barcodes that have been removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible

Defects or damage caused by actions inconsistent with the warnings, instructions, or guidance provided in the owner’s manual or other product materials

Products purchased or used outside of the United States
The Following Circumstances Will Void This Limited Warranty

The product is used for any purpose other than its reasonable intended use

Electrical parts are repaired, modified, or tampered with by an unauthorized person
This is a consumer warranty and does not apply to products used for commercial or rental purposes.
